AZANA secures significant pro-CRNA media 5 times in less than 18 months.

One of the most frequent requests the AZANA hears from members is to increase public awareness of the quality of anesthesia services that CRNAs provide.  As such, the AZANA has made it a priority during our advocacy activities to increase the recognition of CRNAs and the high-quality anesthesia care they give.  We've been fortunate to secure highly visible placements not only from CRNAs, but also from surgeons who work with CRNAs everyday.  To our knowledge, AZANA is the first state association to secure this level of support from our physician colleagues.

Below is a collection of our most recent PR efforts, topped off by a recent editorial by United States Senator Jeff Flake, expressing his thought-out and reasoned support for full practice authority in the Veterans Administration.
