Education Committee
The Education Committee's vision is to make AZANA the #1 choice of CRNAs for continuing education and conferences.
The Education Committee designs educational programs for the Sun N Fun annual spring conference and additional educational experiences throughout the year. The Ed Comm partners with Association Meeting Planners to manage the spring conference.

Public and Member Relations Committee
Known as the PR Committee, the Public and Member Relations Committee is responsible for communication between the AZANA and our members. Traditionally this committee handles newsletters, website management, social media engagement, and business development.

Government Relations Committee
Arguably nothing affects CRNA practice opportunities more than policy at the state and facility level. The GRC focuses on grassroots relationships with decision makers who make decisions with a direct impact on CRNA scope of practice.

CRNAs of Arizona Political Action Committee
The CRNAs of AZ PAC is a legally separate organization that supports policymakers who understand and support CRNAs. They function to raise funds and disburse funds to policymakers. The importance of this committee cannot be underestimated.
CRNAs of AZ PAC has been immenesely successful and is in the top-10 of PACs in Arizona, outraising oranizations many times the size of the AZANA.

Bylaws are like constitution of the organization, and the bylaws committee reviews bylaws, rules, and needed amendments.

Appointed Positions
Federal Political Director
The Federal Political Director (FPD) focuses on building government relations with federal legislators and coordinates closely with the GRC.
APRN Coalition Liaison
The APRN Coalition Liaison attends monthly meetings with APRN leaders from across the state, where our activities are coordianted.
Student Representatives
CRNA programs each send a student representative to learn and participate in leadership activities.
State Reimbursement Speclialist
The State Reimbursement Specialist focuses on ensuring proper reimbursement for CRNA services.
